What is the capacity of Terminus 330?

Central Station: The capacity of a seated dinner is 175 guests. The capacity of reception style/standing room is 300 guests.

The Cellar: The capacity of a seated dinner is 100 guests. The capacity of reception style/standing room is 150 guests.

What is the rental rate for a wedding or private event?

Our venue rental rates vary based on the day of the week and the time of year. For a detailed quote, please email events@terminus330.com.

What do I need to do to book the venue?

Once you have emailed events@terminus330.com, one of our representatives will be happy to schedule a tour. All you need to lock in the date is to sign your proposal and contact with a 50% non-refundable deposit.

Can I bring in my own bartenders and/or alcohol?

No. All beverage service at T330 is exclusively provided by us. We have several options to cater to different needs of our clients. Our packages offer guests an assortment of wines, spirits and local craft beer options that are seasonally selected and available to you on tap!

Is there a beverage minimum?

No. There is only a minimum guarentee on cash bars.

Can I bring in my own caterer?

Any caterer brought into the venue must be licensed, insured and approved by T330.

What other services do you provide?

T330 provides exclusive bar packages, tables and chairs, A/V equipment, catering, floral and decor, furniture and other rentals, and coordination services.

Is there a private room/bridal suite on-site?

Yes, there are many ways to use the private suite in the rear of the venue from a bridal suite to a quiet area to make calls at a corporate conference to a smaller break out room.

Where is parking?

Parking is plentiful and available across the street in surface lots or at The Garden Inn parking deck and may be reserved with signage upon request. Valet service is also available upon request.

Is the building wheelchair accessible?

Yes. The Cellar can be accessed via elevator.

Can I put a hold on a date?

Yes, the hold fee is $1,200 and is refundable up to 7 calendar days. If the date is booked the fee will be put towards the balance of your event deposit or total.

What are the decoration limitations?

Nothing permanent and all candles must be in votives. You are welcome to decorate the venue to fit your needs with any decorations that can be removed without any harm to the venue.

Am I required to have a coordinator?

A day of coordinator is required at all T330 weddings.

What if I need to cancel the event, can I get a refund?

Your rental deposit is non-refundable. However if your event is re-booked within 12 months of your cancelled date, your deposit will be applied to the new event date.

What about cleanup after an event?

All trash left over from your event and all items brought to the venue must be removed from all caterers and vendors. Lost and Found items will be kept at T330 for 7 days.

Do you have sound restrictions?

All music is allowed to end with the completion of your event.
